They were labeled … WebI didn't know for sure, so I've just had a look at the deck plans on Encyclopedia Titanica. There's nothing in the deck plans to suggest any layout issues - the numbering just jumps from 12 to 14. Looking at the other decks, cabin F13 is also missing, as are G13, D13, C13, B13 and A13. So I assume it's just suspicion. Never knew that!
