Centers are physical areas in the classroom equipped with fun, engaging, yet rigorous activities that build literacy skills. WebI co-founded the Centro de Investigación Educativa (CIEDU), Panama’s first public-private education research think tank, and headed a globally recognized mobile literacy project during the COVID-19 pandemic.
