WebThe Breath should target Resistance. They should use their claws and bite to target Defense though. Breath weapons should also be 1-3 range and Fire Breath in particular should have an AOE damage effect ala Savage Blows. Idc if it's OP. Dragons are supposed to be OP. Though they shouldn't be able to double with their Breath weapon.
