WebDouble kills are working for me on other weapons. While I was trying to unlock the new marksman rifle, I completed the three double kill challenges for the EBR, TAQ and SA-B and got the camos unlocked for each challenge. Didn't show progress but when I hit 10 for each the camos unlocked.
